We use PayPal to administer our payments. You do not need a PayPal account you can use most credit cards with this service. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security and it is used everywhere by many major online stores.


UK DELIVERY - We will aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday and excluding bank holidays). We may use 2 companies to deliver your goods: Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - Selina-Jayne products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. We will deliver your order via Air Mail, UPS or DHL.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL - You will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement nor bad weather conditions or where delays occur to deliveries. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us via email and you will receive a response usually within 24 hours

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value. In the first instance when wishing to return an item please obtain a returns authorisation number by emailing us and include it with the returned goods.

Where an order has been returned to us (Domestic or International) because it has been refused at the delivery point, not collected or had the wrong/incomplete address placed when ordering, an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover outward and inward postage costs.

PERSONALISED ITEMS & BESPOKE TRADE ORDERS - We do not accept returns for Personalised Items or Bespoke Trade Orders unless the product is deemed faulty.

When sending a return, we would recommend getting return proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item. In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
