Glass Earring Dish
I gained a First Class Honours degree in Textile Design then a Master’s Degree in Glass before doing a PhD where I combined the textiles with the glass. The kiln formed glass is made using the secretly guarded process of Mesopotamians around 1650BC. and is said to have mystical qualities. This process is combined with the Trapunto Textile manipulation technique used in Medieval Times around 1450AD. to produce a cute Earring Dish.View
